Hetty and I met at a talk in Clerkenwell. I was on my own and looked around, saw Hetty sitting behind me and thought, she looks nice maybe I should talk to her. So I did.
We never looked back. We ended up doing a pop up shop in Hackney along with Pico, Ren, and Ottowin. This shop soon turned into the Henri Store. Over the years we laughed and cried on that bench outside.
This year Hetty said goodbye to Henri London as she started a new venture The Modern Sewer. She asked if I could make her a ring with this shell she found on the beach in Devon while exploring with Ottowin (Oli and Lucy) and Pico (Isobel and Phoebe).
Obviously I was honored and said yes please. We set this beautiful shell representing her years at Henri.
I hope you love it as much as we both did. Big thank you to Roger who cut and set the shell.
