We offer FREE returns and exchanges for all UK orders. ALL OUR JEWELLERY COMES WITH A 6 MONTH WARRANTY. This means if anything is damaged or broken in the first 6 months (from usual wear - please look at your care guides here). Then we will replace it straight away. We offer a full refund on any unworn items within 14 days of receipt. Ready to Wear Collection

This ring comes under my ready-to-wear collection. This means it has already been designed but not made.

Once your order has been processed we will contact you and your ring will begin to be made. We will also make sure the size is completely right. You can choose what material you want to be set in the ring. We can either suggest options or if you have a stone or shell you think might work please let us know and we will see if it's possible.  Available in solid 9ct gold or solid silver.

As part of our bespoke ready to wear collection, the Vida Signet is made to order and therefore we cannot accept returns or refunds. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

All rings are made from recycled silver or 9ct gold.

All our 9ct gold pieces have the assay stamp so in the future your children’s grandchildren will know who made it, where it was made and what metal it is.
