- 2/3 cup | 120g butter or Margarine
- 2/3 cup | 100g brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp | almond extract (if you have it, I didn't)
- 1 2/3 cup | 150g almond flour / meal
- 50g chocolate roughly chopped
- preheat oven to 160 C /320F
- line two baking trays
- beat butter and sugar together
- beat in almond extract
- mix in almond flour and stir until combined. Will seem dry at first but will get stickier.
- cook 14 mins
